Dr. Maisch HPLC-Säule Nucleosil 300 C4, 10,0 μm, 2 x 125 mm, endcapped
Nucleosil stellt eine der ersten Standardkieselgelphasen für die HPLC dar. Es besteht aus völlig porösem sphärischem Kieselgel mit sehr reiner und einheitlicher SiO2 Struktur. Es gilt als äußerst zuverlässige Wahl für analytische und präparative Routineanwendung. Die Porenweite kann von 50 bis 4000 Å variieren und lieferbare Partikelgrößen sind 3µm, 5µm, 7µm und 10µm. Die C4-Phase besteht aus Butyl-modifizierten SiO2-Struktur mittlerer Dichte und ist endcapped.Mehr anzeigen
