Neutrale Verbindungen werden über Reversed-Phase-, stark saure und stark basische Verbindungen über Ionenaustauschmechanismen aufgetrennt. Alle mobilen Phasen sind kompatibel zu LC-MS- und präparativer Chromatographie.
