Reprospher Acidosil sind Normalphasen-Kieselgel-Säulen, an die kovalent entweder eine Carboxygruppe (Acidosil-C) oder ein Sulfonsäuregruppe (Acidosil-S) gebunden ist. Geeignet sind diese Säulen für organische Säuren ohne Säurezusatz im Eluent. Für die präparative LC besteht eine deutliche Vereinfachung der Einengung des Eluats ohne mühsame Entfernung der Säuren, welche die Reinsubstanz zersetzen oder das Gerät beschädigen.Mehr anzeigen
