Primesep S ist eine Normalphasen-Analysesäule mit eingebetteten sauren Ionenpaarungsgruppen. Am besten geeignet zur Trennung von gängigen Zuckern und anderen neutralen oder sehr polaren Molekülen. Behält und trennt Aminosäuren mit unterschiedlichen Puffern in niedriger Konzentration. Trennt schwache Basen durch Ionenaustauschmechanismus. Trennt Säuren durch Ionenaustauschmechanismus.
