Die Ultisil SiO2-Säule verwendet hochreine Siliciumdioxidpartikel vom Typ B ohne Metallgehalt. Die SiO2-Säule kann starke hydrophile Verbindungen in hochkonzentriertem organischem Lösungsmittel in umgekehrter Phase abtrennen. Ein gutes Ergebnis kann für die Analyse von polaren Verbindungen erhalten werden, die dazu neigen, in der Umkehrphase ein Peak-Tailing durchzuführen.Mehr anzeigen
