VT-60006 is a small square surface panel, 120.8 mm on a side and 30.7 mm deep. It mounts on a finished ceiling or wall — no cut-out and no void above are needed, so it suits concrete ceilings, boxed-in soffits, or simply places with nothing behind them. Samsung diodes and backlit construction The panel runs on SMD Samsung diodes in a backlit arrangement — the LEDs shine through the diffuser from behind rather than from the edge. In practice that gives an evenly lit face without the brighter rim typical of cheaper edge-lit panels. The manufacturer quotes 20,000 hours of life and more than 15,000 on/off cycles — the second figure matters where the light is switched many times a day: a bathroom, a pantry, a corridor on a sensor. Light figures 6 W gives 660 lm at a warm 3000 K, an efficacy of 110 lm/W. Colour rendering is CRI 80 and colour consistency SDCM 6. Worth knowing: the red component R9 is 10 — normal for the CRI 80 class, and it means strong reds render pale. For general lighting that is irrelevant; for showing goods it is not. The panel is not dimmable. Energy class E. Electrics Supply is AC 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz straight from the mains — no external driver. Ignition is instant: the manufacturer quotes 0.001 s to full output. The displacement factor cos φ1 is 0.5, which is worth allowing for in the reactive-power budget when dozens of panels share one circuit. Flicker and stroboscopic effect sit at the values the regulations permit (PstLM 1.0 and SVM 0.4). Operating conditions and build The housing is plastic in white.
