The pressure pump is extremely powerful with a delivery head of 49 metres (4.9 bar) and a flow rate of an impressive 6300 litres per hour. It can draw water from a depth of up to 8 metres. The moderate power consumption of only 1050 watts shows the high efficiency of the Pressure Tank Unit. Use the pump to automatically distribute inexpensive service water from a well, rain barrel or cistern into the house and garden for applications such as flushing the toilet or supplying water to the washing machine. The unit switches on automatically depending on the water demand and then switches off again. Since it can draw on the large 25-litre storage tank, it operates extremely quietly and cost-effectively. The 6300 SilentComfort, developed in Germany, is exceptionally quiet at only 44 dB(A) sound pressure in 5m distance. This is made possible by the innovative, water-cooled multi-stage technology. With this technology, no fan is required as waste heat is dissipated via the water. This makes itself felt through the highest efficiency and lowest noise development. Except for the creation of a irrigation schedule, you can set important functions via the illuminated LCD screen on the device and start or stop it. The practical Bluetooth connection allows you to use your smartphone or tablet, operate the pump from a distance of up to 10 metres and obtain additional functions. Define irrigation schedules when you are not at home, set a timer, monitor the current pressure supply or adjust the on and off pressures to your individual needs. Thanks to the available connection for the GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor, your plants can be optimally supplied with water during pre-programmed schedules without wasting water. A high-performance membrane is installed inside the 25-litre water tank of the pump. This means that the tank remains maintenance-free for at least five years, so that neither air needs to be refilled nor the membrane replaced during this time. The inner skin of the tank is made up of a waterproof, multi-layered lining that protects the housing from corrosion. The integrated coupling between pump and tank is made of stainless steel. This makes it particularly durable, well protected and enables compact installation dimensions with maximum efficiency. A ceramic sealing system with double sealing, the dry-running and overheating protection (water and motor), the optionally activatable dripping water detection and the integrated filter ensure a long service life. The filter prevents dirt particles from getting into the power-saving pump or application equipment. If desired, the pump reminds you to clean the filter and assists with the initial start-up with step-by-step instructions in the free app. Both the app and the display on the housing show you the digital pressure display. A non-return valve is already integrated, so that the Pressure Tank Unit 6300 SilentComfort is ready to go straight away. If you want to use the electric pump for irrigating the garden, the clever, optionally selectable Power-Boost-Function comes into play. If it is activated, it automatically detects an increased demand for water and deactivates the intended shut-off pressure of the tank. In this way, the maximum pressure of the pump unit is exhausted. The problem of pressure fluctuations during irrigation that is typical of Pressure Tank Units is a thing of the past, and performance that is otherwise more familiar to garden pumps is achieved. The pump switches fully automatically to energy-saving tank operation after irrigation is complete. The durable Unit is made of high-quality materials such as stainless steel for the drive shaft, connections as well as motor and water housing. One of the two outlets can be turned by 180°. The large filling opening and the drain valve make it particularly easy to fill the Pressure Tank Unit and protect it from frost.
