20x22 Speedometer Gear for Instrument Cluster Odometer Repair Description: Double gear for digital VDO speedometers from various vehicle manufacturers The offered gear is one of six different double gears for digital VDO speedometers. These differ in the number of teeth on the smaller gear. The larger gear always has 20 teeth. The original beige-brown gears crumble over time and must be replaced. After removal, please count the teeth on the smaller gear and order the corresponding gear from our shop. We have set up separate offers only for definitively known vehicle model-to-gear variant matches. Advantages: Our gears are injection-molded from high-quality thermoplastic. This allows for very good dimensional accuracy and an involute tooth shape that ensures particularly gentle contact with the mating gear. We stock all gears for VDO and other speedometers and can therefore supply additional gears or exchange incorrectly ordered gears if needed. If you disassemble the speedometer beforehand, please note that the speedometer needle shaft is very delicate. Grip the speedometer needle in the middle and turn it counterclockwise. Pull gently while doing so. Friction is all that holds the needle on the shaft.
