Zorbax HPLC column with an inner diameter of 2.1 mm, a length of 150 mm and a particle size of 1.8 µm. ZORBAX 300Å StableBond columns are ideal for the reproducible separation of proteins and peptides. The large 300Å pore size of these reversed-phase HPLC columns is essential for the efficient separation of these large biomolecules, allowing them to pass completely into the bound phase. ZORBAX RRHD columns have 1.8 µm particles that are UHPLC compatible and ideal for higher resolution separations with shorter run times. StableBond columns are available in four different bonded phases (C18, C8, C3 and diphenyl) to optimize selectivity and recovery of proteins and polypeptides.
