ChromSpher Si is a spherical silica available in 3 and 5 µm particle sizes. It is designed for excellent separation in normal phase HPLC and is suitable for unpolar compounds that are soluble in organic solvents such as n-hexane. For the analysis of complex mixtures, the use of Si columns as confirmation columns is recommended. This column has an inner diameter of 4.6 mm, a length of 250 mm and a particle size of 5 µm for the analysis of pharmaceutical and other compounds.
