Agilent Poroshell columns are ideal for the rapid separation of proteins and peptides as the unique particles enable high flow rates while maintaining sharp and efficient peaks. Peptides and proteins are typically separated slowly to reduce the potential peak broadening of these slow diffusing analytes. Poroshell columns, however, utilize a unique particle with a layer of porous silica on a solid core of silica.
