Use in reversed phase for polar and mid-polar compounds and in normal phase for non-polar analytes. Can be operated under 100% mobile phase conditions. InfinityLab Poroshell 120 surface porous columns for normal phase HPLC and supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) offer exceptional efficiency and reliability.
