The new Centrifuge 5420 was developed for your molecular biological routine applications. The range of methods includes a. DNA / RNA purification, DNA extraction from agarose gels and PCR preparation. The device has a particularly small footprint to save space on the work surface and an easy-to-clean membrane keyboard. You can centrifuge up to 24 tubes from 1.5 to 2.0 ml. Optional adapters expand the volume range to 0.4 and 0.5 ml tubes as well as BD Microtainer 0.6 ml. A rotor for 32 PCR tubes (0.2 ml) or four PCR strips is also available.
