Blood pressure and heart rate data When used properly, the smart upper arm blood pressure monitor provides accurate blood pressure and heart rate data. Take a single measurement or get an average of three consecutive measurements. All in one The compact all-in-one device has an integrated display (1) so you can see the values immediately after the measurement. The adjustable cuff fits arm circumferences from 22 to 42 cm (9 to 17 inches) and can be folded up for easy storage or travel. Optional sync with Garmin Connect Use the Index BPM as a standalone device or sync the readings with your Garmin Connect account via Wi-Fi. Then review the data, add notes, and view history and trends along with other stats in the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone (2). Create reports If you sync your readings with your Garmin Connect account, you can view 7-day, 4-week, and 1-year reports in the app and export them to a PDF file. Set reminders If you use the Garmin Connect app and enable notifications on your compatible smartphone, you can set reminders to check your blood pressure. Up to 16 users With the Garmin Connect app, you can set up up to 16 user profiles to track each reading on the device. All users also have the option to sync their own Garmin Connect account and view their own measurements. Long battery life The four included AAA batteries last up to 9 months and are easy to replace.
