Double end capped (fully), it is bonded with an 18 carbon aliphatic hydrocarbon, with an Amide group embedded in the middle of the ligand, using the highest purity silica available. This Column is an ideal Alternate for your USP Methods that use the L1 Classification and 100% Water as the Mobile Phase for hydrophobic samples.
