Suitable aqueous salt solutions are sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate, and ammonium sulfate. The recommended concentrations are between 0.05 and 0.3 M. Up to 50% (v/v) methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, and acetonitrile can be used.
