Primesep A mixed-mode HPLC phase from SIELC Technologies with embedded strongly acidic ion-pairing groups. Improves retention of strong base compounds via cation exchange. Retains neutral compounds by reverse phase mechanism. Provides an additional interaction with polar molecules, allowing the separation of isomers and structurally related compounds.
