There are several reasons for using wheel spacers. Firstly, the right wheel spacers can perfect the look of the vehicle by creating a flush wheel alignment with the fender edge. These wheel spacers have a continuous centering ring for optimal wheel running without potential vibrations. Longer wheel bolts are required for these bolt-through spacers! These must be obtained separately, specific to the vehicle and wheel type, as conical or spherical seat bolts with correspondingly longer thread and shank lengths. The minimum thread engagement for the M14 Porsche wheel bolts must be 7.5 turns (approx. 11 mm). TÜV parts certificates and strength certificates for SCC wheel spacers can be downloaded/requested directly from the manufacturer, vehicle-specific. Whether a parts certificate or a strength certificate is available depends on the vehicle. Generally, documents are available, so individual approval is always possible.
