About DNAPac PA100 Feature strong anion-exchange resin for high-resolution analysis and purification of synthetic and modified oligonucleotides with Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ DNAPac™ PA100 Oligonucleotide Columns. The 13 μm pellicular polymeric resin is non-porous with bound quaternary amine-functionalized MicroBeads™. PA100 columns are capable of n, n-1 resolution for oligonucleotides with secondary structures. DNAPac PA100 columns are ompatible with solvent, high pH, and high temperatures.
