TSKgel Super-ODS, Super-Octyl and Super-Phenyl phases are bonded with, respectively, C18, C8 and Phenyl functional groups. The bonded phases have a polymeric structure. An exhaustive endcapping reaction minimizes the presence of residual silanol groups TSKgel Super-ODS, Super-Octyl and Super-Phenyl are recommended for small molecular weight compounds (<10,000 Da) such as peptides, amino acids, tryptic digests, nucleotides, pharmaceutical molecules, and food and beverage samples.Näytä lisää
