The V-TAC VT-89014 pendant lamp has a spherical black cage shade made of thin metal rods that let light escape through the open structure. A single GU10 holder sits on a short arm inside the cage. Size and where to hang it The shade is 40 cm in diameter, and the whole fixture including the short arm under the socket measures 48 cm in height — a size that suits a table 80–90 cm wide, or works as a single accent above a kitchen counter. At 3.5 kg it hangs on a standard ceiling hook; with a plasterboard ceiling, fix the hook into the structural joist behind the board. Light source The fixture takes one GU10 bulb. The open cage lets light spread sideways as well as down, casting the rod pattern across the ceiling and walls. Build Body and shade are aluminium and metal with a matte black finish.
