The AX2 is the first lighting console in the ADJ portfolio built on the ONYX platform, a 32-universe DMX engine packaged in a compact integrated desk. With Intel hexa-core processing, NVMe storage and 16GB of DDR4 RAM, all universes are handled inside the console itself, removing the need for external processing hardware. Output is via 4 DMX/RDM ports plus Art-Net and sACN on dual Gigabit ports.ONYXPLATFORM · Lighting software32UNIVERSES · Processed internally10PLAYBACKS · 4 buttons eachHexa-CorePROCESSOR · Intel + NVMe + 16GB DDR48ENCODERS · Assignable parametersFeaturesBuilt on the established ONYX touring lighting platform32 DMX universes processed inside the consoleFull HD multi-touch primary displayAssistive secondary touch screen for contextual controlEight assignable parameter encodersFull keypad and dedicated command sectionDedicated grand master fader10 playback faders, each with 4 assignable buttonsIntel hexa-core processor, 16GB DDR4 RAMNVMe SSD storage for fast boot and show load timesNo external processing requiredThe 32 universes are processed by the on-board hexa-core CPU and NVMe storage, so no separate processing hardware is needed.
