Name: Global Truss F34 PL 1.5m Box Truss Straight Section Stage Black 290mm 4 Point 48mm x 3mm Tube Aluminium (PL-4111-B)
Brand: Global Truss

The Global Truss F34 PL 1.5m straight section in Stage Black powder-coat finish is a 1.5m length of 290mm four-point box truss with heavier 3mm-wall 48mm main chords in 6082-T6 aluminium. It uses the PL conical quick-connect system, tapered steel coupler pins and R-clips, with the pins driven home using a copper hammer, which makes it the choice for touring and dry-hire stock where rig and de-rig speed matters.LoadingCapacity depends on span: the manufacturer's F34PL load table rates a 6m span at 283kg/m UDL (about 1,698kg in total), falling to 83kg/m (about 996kg) at 12m, with truss self-weight already accounted for; Global Truss says to multiply these by 0.85 when working to British Standards. Apply loads at panel points only, and work from the current Global Truss load span table when planning any structure.FeaturesPL conical connectors with steel coupler pins and R-clips, seated with a copper hammer48mm main chords with heavier 3mm wall for dry-hire and touring duty290mm x 290mm four-point box-truss cross-sectionFully welded 6082-T6 aluminium constructionPublished F34PL load span tables (this Stage Black item is listed without a TÜV certificate)Full range of matching corners, bases and ground-support hardwareSilver and Stage Black finishes across the rangeNoteF34 PL and F34 Standard share the same 290mm profile and accessory range, and both use conical connectors, but the two conical systems do not join directly: keep to one system per run, or use the Global Truss PL to Standard conical adaptor.SpecificationsSeriesGlobal Truss F34 PLLength1.5mSKUGL34025BCross-section290mm x 290mm (four-point)Main chords48mm diameter, 3mm wallMaterialAluminium 6082-T6ConnectionPL conical quick-connectFinishStage BlackShow more
