A small Arktos update we call it V1.5 Our critics continue to talk about the versatility and fun factor of the Arktos 6x6. Most recently, it topped the list of the best crawlers on the popular Do u RC US channel. It's been on the market for over a year now, and the praise keeps coming. Although the new V1.5 hasn't changed significantly, we wanted to take the time to keep up with the latest electronic conveniences of the FlySky system and make a few minor updates so we can continue to receive comments like this: The most fun I've had with an RC car in ages. New Flysky 6-Cannel ESC/RX Combo The latest FlySky technology/configuration allows for seamless integration of the existing transmitter and receiver with a brushless ESC/motor. This eliminates the need for a new standalone receiver or transmitter. A simple aux input on the receiver enables this seamless transition. The entire brushless system can be easily upgraded via plug-and-play without having to change the lighting wiring. Two new colors to choose from Green and sand, along with super-soft 60 mm MT tires on black beadlock rims. In addition to the new look, the metal gearbox gears have also been redesigned and now offer the durability that our users have come to expect from the Evo gearbox. The complete Arktos package continues to pique consumers' curiosity. Curiosity about the remote-controlled two-speed transmission, remote-controlled LED lights with 5 modes, a remote-controlled rear winch, extendable and stowable access ramps, a versatile loading area with swiveling side rails for larger loads and adjustable wheel chocks, a hard-shell body characterized by fine, clear details, including retractable side mirrors, windshield wipers, sun visor, side marker lights, turn signals, low/high beams, LED off-road light bar, front bumper guard, and tinted windows. Curiosity only increases when the steep ramp angles for insurmountable obstacles are very generous, a portal axle with high ground clearance removes more dirt than necessary, a solid HD drive shaft system with a high-torque 280 motor drives the 6x6 over the most extreme climbs, and everything is controlled by a stabilizer bar, oil-filled coil springs, an extremely low gear ratio, and a strong metal gearbox with a 1.5 kg servo. The Arktos is truly a unique offering that continues to surprise both RC novices and RC veterans alike.
