Macherey-Nagel Vario-Prep HPLC Separation Column VP Nucleodur 100-5 C8 ec, 10 x 250 mm, axially adjustable end fitting
Standard RP phase for daily routine analysis and up-scaling to preparative HPLC. The Octyl modification is based on the highly pure silica gel NUCLEODUR. C8 has lower retention of hydrophobic compounds compared to C18 (octadecylsilane, ODS).
