Macherey-Nagel VarioPrep HPLC Separation Column VP Nucleodur C18 Pyramid, 5 μm, 10 x 250 mm, axially adjustable end fitting
The stationary phase of the NUCLEODUR C18 Pyramid is based on highly pure silica gel and is modified by an octadecyl modification with polar endcapping. The polar endcapping makes this C18 phase suitable for aqueous eluents and is also referred to as an “aqua column”.
