Around two liters of ice cream can be prepared with the Gusto ICE CREAM MAKER. The fully automatic, self-cooling compressor ensures continuous cold production down to -35°C and the robust motor is suitable for continuous operation. With pre-cooled ingredients, cream ice cream is ready in the removable stainless steel ice cream container in around 30 minutes. A lid opening allows ingredients to be added. The timer for 5 to 60 minutes, for example, can be set using the touch control panel. The large LCD display also shows the remaining running time. Recipes can be found in the operating instructions.
