Pursuit XRs semi-prep HPLC column with inner diameter 10 mm, length 250 mm and particle size 5.0 µm. The Pursuit XRs C18 phase is manufactured from high purity silica that is virtually free of metallic impurities. It is manufactured using a state-of-the-art and exclusive grafting technique that ensures maximum coverage and extensive end-capping of the remaining silanol groups. The Agilent Pursuit HPLC column family offers reliable performance in several common particle sizes and phase chemistries, including USP L1, USP L7 and USP L11.
