Polaris HPLC column with inner diameter 4.6 mm, length 100 mm and particle size 5.0 µm. Polaris HPLC columns offer a variety of polar phase chemistries that reliably separate mixtures of polar and non-polar analytes with excellent peak shapes. The polar bonded C8 and C18 phases are 100% water compatible and offer alternative selectivities while maintaining USP L1 and USP L7 compliance. The combination of high carbon loading, high purity silica and silanol shielding provides excellent peak shape and retention for highly polar samples. Polaris C8-A is less hydrophobic than Polaris C 18-A and therefore ideal for polar samples. When retention is higher with Polaris C 18-A, C8-A elutes more efficiently.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
