This ensures a short warm-up phase while the engine is fully cooled under load.If the wire breaks or becomes stiff, the flaps will no longer be reliably adjusted. Unnecessarily long warm-up phases or engine overheating are the result. It is therefore important to replace the Bowden cable early so that the temperature control can function properly again.
