A core deposit is charged on your old component. This will be automatically added to your shopping cart and charged together with your order. 2. Return your old part to us. After receipt and successful inspection of your old part, the deposit amount will be automatically refunded. Requirements for accepting your old part: It is an original part in undamaged condition (normal wear and tear is acceptable). The old part is complete and corresponds to the scope of delivery of the pictured reconditioned part (incl. screws, attachments, etc.). Cores with exceptional damage cannot be reconditioned. In this case, we have to return the part to you. This is the only way we can ensure a smooth exchange process.
