GAP580 White Wall Sconce by Gea Luce

Name: GAP580 White Wall Sconce by Gea Luce
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GAP580 is a white wall light with a cylindrical head mounted on a round backplate. Its aluminium structure has a satin-white finish, while the light opening incorporates a transparent methacrylate diffuser identified by the manufacturer as anti-glare. The design provides directional lighting rather than the broad distribution of a conventional shaded wall lamp.A focused beam for a specific activityThe integrated 3 W LED module is included, so there is no separate bulb to select for this fitting. With a stated output of 180 lm and a 30° beam, GAP580 is best considered a local light beside a bed, next to a reading position in the living room or as supplementary lighting in a study. It should not be planned as the room's main light source. The 3000 K colour temperature gives warm-white light. A CRI above 90 indicates high colour-rendering fidelity, relevant when viewing coloured illustrations or objects within the beam. The anti-glare diffuser does not remove the need to aim the head appropriately: its position should take account of where the user will sit or lie.Adjust the direction, not the brightnessThe manufacturer's drawing shows 350° rotation and a 0–90° tilt range. These adjustments let you redirect the beam without moving the wall-mounted backplate. When choosing a location beside a bed or armchair, allow space for the head's movement and access to the switch visible on the front of the backplate. This is an on/off fitting, not a dimmable one. Mechanical aiming must not be confused with brightness adjustment. GAP580 is specified for indoor wall installation and a 220–240 V AC supply; it is not a portable bedside lamp.A white tube and a round backplateThe single tubular head, circular base and unadorned finish support a modern, minimalist classification. In a bedroom, living room or hotel room, the fitting serves a defined local lighting position. Choose its location around that activity and plan general room lighting separately.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
