InertCap 5MS/Sil is a low polar column bonded 5 % diphenyl (equiv.) – 95 % dimethylpolysilphenylene siloxane. Designed for GC/MS, InertCap 5MS/Sil achieves the higher heat resistance and lower bleeding by Arylene technology.
