The flexible use of the device is very helpful as areas that are difficult to access can be reached, such as staircases or corners of terraces. Thermoflamm bio Classic removes weed effectively and over the long term with a flame temperature of up to 1,000° C. The device is slowly guided over the weed in a distance of approx. 3 cm; the heat escaping deeply expands into the roots and causes the fluid in the plant cells to coagulate. The cell walls explode due to the expansion of the fluid. This effect does not only last for a short time but achieves permanent absence of weeds. The device is equipped with an automatic ignition mechanism (Piezo ignition) at the handle and can therefore be operated easily and safely.
