It is mounted on the shaft offered here. If the shaft is worn or damaged, the clutch play can no longer be adjusted correctly because the clutch is not actuated precisely. Stiff clutch actuation can also be a symptom of a worn shaft. It is therefore advisable to check the release shaft when replacing the clutch and replace it if necessary. The offered shaft only fits the newer design of the release shaft. The later/newer version uses only plastic bushings in the release fork for bearing the shaft. In addition, the shaft is supported at the ends by two needle bearings. The older version of the release shaft was mounted with two needle bearings in the release fork.
