Norlys Stockholm 1430GA E27 garden bollard 49 cm – hot-dip galvanised steel and wood

Name: Norlys Stockholm 1430GA E27 garden bollard 49 cm – hot-dip galvanised steel and wood
Brand: NORLYS

Norlys Stockholm 1430GA is a low garden bollard with a painted Scandinavian pine shaft and a ringed metal lantern head. The GA version uses hot-dip galvanised steel, not the black metal finish offered elsewhere in the range. Its milky diffuser sits inside a simple framework of horizontal rings.A 49 cm marker beside a pathThe fitting measures 49 cm high and 17 cm in both width and depth. It is intended for private grounds and public areas, with the light positioned near ground level rather than on a tall lighting column. Consider it beside a garden path, at the edge of a terrace, or along a pedestrian approach within hotel or restaurant grounds. When deciding where to install it, compare the lantern height with the mature height of surrounding planting. Keeping the diffuser clear of foliage matters more than matching the bollard to the current height of young shrubs. The cylindrical wooden body and silvery metal detailing suit Scandinavian and restrained contemporary outdoor schemes.Choose a bulb that fits the enclosureThe E27 socket accepts an LED bulb rated at no more than 9 W. Norlys specifies the A55–A60 format; the installation manual gives a maximum bulb height of 110 mm and a diameter of 55–60 mm. Check the bulb envelope as well as its screw base before selecting a source. The end user can replace the bulb. Colour temperature and light output depend on the source chosen, so the enclosure alone does not determine a warm or cool appearance. The milky PMMA diffuser spreads light around the bollard with a rotationally symmetrical distribution, rather than producing the narrow beam of a spotlight.Prepare the mounting pointThe base uses three 9 mm mounting holes spaced at 120° on a 65 mm pitch circle. Anchors and mounting adapters are listed as separately sold accessories and should be selected for the substrate. A qualified electrician should connect the 220–240 V supply in accordance with the manual. The housing is rated IP65 and IK10 and incorporates a silicone gasket.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
