Endon Mathias 101776 ceiling light, natural bamboo and black, E27, 40.5 cm

Name: Endon Mathias 101776 ceiling light, natural bamboo and black, E27, 40.5 cm
Brand: Endon

Endon Mathias 101776 is a ceiling light with an open natural bamboo shade and matt-black painted metal parts. Vertical strips form a rounded, open framework through which the bulb remains visible. The natural bamboo colour contrasts with the black fixing against the ceiling.Diameter and drop below the ceilingThe shade is 40.5 cm in diameter and the fitting projects 23 cm below the ceiling. Compare the first measurement with the space between other ceiling features, and the second with the room height and the intended area below the light. Endon designed this model for low ceilings; it does not hang from a long cable.Mathias is intended for domestic interiors and ceiling installation. Catalogue applications include living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms. The instructions exclude bathroom installation, so account for this restriction when choosing its position.Choose a separate E27 bulbThe fitting has one E27 socket for an LED bulb rated at up to 10 W. A bulb is not included. Its choice determines brightness and light colour. The open shade exposes the light source, so the bulb's appearance remains part of the fitting. The manufacturer recommends E27 filament bulbs, including a 95 mm diameter globe. To adjust brightness, you need a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer; the fitting's dimmable designation does not replace the need to select those components.Bamboo, finish and careThe natural shade and simple black parts create a boho and Scandinavian form. The open arrangement of strips and their natural colour remain visible with the light switched off. The manufacturer specifies cleaning with a dry cloth only, without liquid or abrasive cleaners. The fitting operates at 220–240 V. Its Class II, double-insulated construction does not require a protective earth conductor. Prepare the electrical connection and mounting position before installing the light.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
