Mejorada LE71324 is an outdoor spot wall light built from two parts: a round base screwed to the wall and a cylindrical head on a joint. The whole form is two cylinders — nothing more. The fitting is not pretending to be a lantern or an ornament; its job is to aim a narrow beam where it is needed and disappear against the façade. An adjustable head The head can be tilted and rotated after mounting and locked with the screw at the joint. That decides what the fitting is really for: aimed down it washes the wall beneath it and lights an entrance, aimed up it lays a band of light on render or stone, angled it picks out a tree, a gate or a house number. The same fitting therefore gives three quite different effects depending on how it is set — and the setting can be changed after a season, without taking it down. GU10 lamp — not included The fitting takes one replaceable GU10 lamp up to 7 W; no lamp is included. That makes practical sense on this type of fitting in particular, because the beam angle is chosen along with the lamp. A narrow GU10 (roughly 24–36°) gives a distinct column of light on the wall; a wide one (roughly 100–120°) gives a soft pool over an entrance. Colour temperature is yours to choose too; for brick, timber and stone façades, warm white at 2700–3000 K usually works better. In practice that is the level intended for a wall with no cover above it: driving rain and water bouncing off the ground are not a problem. The glass lens and aluminium body are consistent with that rating — there is no plastic here to go cloudy after a few seasons in the sun. The Mejorada family The same design spans several forms: besides the adjustable cylinder (LE71324), the family includes rectangular up-and-down wall lights 27 cm (LE71558) and 55 cm (LE71559) tall, also GU10 up to 7 W, plus low round fittings Ø10 cm on GX53 with an LED source included at 7 W 3000 K (LE73539, LE73540) and a version with a ready 6 W 420 lm LED module (LE71368). An entrance, a path and a wall can therefore be lit in one formal language, with the output and source type picked separately for each position.
