MiBoxer C3 RF 2.4 GHz remote control, 1 zone, MONO/CCT

Name: MiBoxer C3 RF 2.4 GHz remote control, 1 zone, MONO/CCT
Brand: Lumines

The MiBoxer C3 is a wireless 2.4 GHz RF remote control for one zone of LED lighting. It has a touch slider for brightness and colour temperature plus ON and OFF buttons, and it comes with a wall holder that the remote attaches to magnetically. What it works with The remote does not drive an LED strip or a lamp directly — it sends commands to MiBoxer/Mi-Light receivers, controllers and luminaires on the 2.4 GHz system. Before buying, check that your receiver belongs to this series; for compatibility the manufacturer refers to the manual of the specific device. With single-colour (MONO) lighting the remote adjusts brightness, and with CCT strips and luminaires it also changes the light colour from warm to cool. One remote can control several devices at once, but they respond together, because the remote handles a single zone. The manufacturer gives the range as up to 30 m. Operation and pairing A short press on ON switches the light on, and a second press puts the slider into colour temperature mode — the indicator then glows orange instead of red. Sliding a finger up and down changes the brightness or the colour temperature accordingly. The receiver has to be paired with the remote first: cut its power for 10 seconds, switch it back on and press ON three times briefly within 3 seconds. Three slow flashes of the light confirm the link. Unpairing works the same way, with five presses and ten quick flashes. Power and mounting The remote runs on two AAA batteries (3 V) and draws 15 µA in standby, so the batteries are used up mainly while it is in use. The remote itself measures 140 × 37.5 × 15 mm and the holder 86.5 × 40 × 7 mm; the holder sticks to the wall with an adhesive layer. The manufacturer advises against placing the remote near metal or strong magnets, as they weaken the signal and shorten the range. The remote is intended for dry rooms, operates between -10 and 40 °C, and if it is used only rarely the batteries are best taken out.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
