Outdoor Wall and Ceiling Light NORLYS Nordland 5043GR graphite LED 18.5 W 3000 K with motion sensor

Name: Outdoor Wall and Ceiling Light NORLYS Nordland 5043GR graphite LED 18.5 W 3000 K with motion sensor
Brand: NORLYS

NORLYS Nordland 5043GR is a square outdoor luminaire in the flush-mount style with a built-in microwave motion sensor and dusk switch. It fixes to a wall or a ceiling. The cast-aluminium frame is powder-coated in graphite (RAL 7016), and the light comes through a milky, UV-stabilised polycarbonate diffuser – on the front and through narrow slots along the sides. The sensor sits inside the housing, so from the outside there is no extra sensor head. How the sensor worksThe PD-MV1005 sensor operates at 5.8 GHz and detects movement over 360°. Mounted at 2.5 m, its detection zone is set with a dial from roughly 1 to 10 m radius. The on-time after detection can be set from 6 s to 12 min, and every further movement restarts the timer. The light threshold adjusts across 2–2000 lx, so the luminaire can respond to movement only after dark or during the day as well. The manufacturer recommends a mounting height of 2.5–5 m for the sensor.Size, mounting and connectionThe front measures 28 × 28 cm and the luminaire projects 9.5 cm from the wall or ceiling. It is surface-mounted through two ø5 mm holes at 150 × 170 mm centres and weighs 2.24 kg. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm², and the supply can be looped on with up to 5 × 1.5 mm². The supply cable should have a round sheath of 7–10.5 mm diameter. The luminaire is protection class I, so the installation needs a protective earth.Light and durabilityThe integrated Philips Fortimo LED module shines at 3000 K, a warm white. Together with the sensor the luminaire draws 18.5 W and delivers 1318 lm of diffuse light at CRI 80. The module is included, the manufacturer rates it at L70 above 50,000 h, and only a qualified service may replace it.IP65 means a dust-tight housing protected against water jets, and IK10 is the highest impact rating on the IK scale. The operating range is −20 to +45 °C. Nordland 5043GR suits the space above a front door, façades, terraces and balconies, and the entrances of hotels and restaurants where the light should come on only when someone approaches. The square, unornamented body fits modern and minimalist architecture.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
