Name: Norlys Nidaros 2121WH white RAL 9003 outdoor ceiling light LED 8.3 W 3000 K 18 cm
Brand: NORLYS

The Nidaros 2121WH is a cylindrical outdoor ceiling light, 18 cm high and 12 cm in diameter, cast in aluminium and powder-coated white (RAL 9003). Clear safety glass closes the opening at the bottom. The plain form without decorative detail suits modern, minimalist architecture.Where to mount it The light is fixed at two points to a horizontal surface — the ceiling above an entrance, a roof soffit, the ceiling of a gazebo or a terrace canopy. The manufacturer also intends it for lighting walls and facades from above. IP65 means protection against dust and water jets, so it can also work outside any shelter. Where it has to stand off the surface, the manufacturer offers the 3084 spacer, sold separately. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm² and allow the supply to loop on to the next fitting (up to 1.5 mm²), with a round cable of 7–10.5 mm diameter. It is a class I luminaire, so the protective earth conductor must be connected. It weighs 1.47 kg.What light it gives The light shines downwards only, in a narrow 24° beam, and its ULOR is 0% — no light escapes towards the sky. Drawing 8.3 W it delivers 754 lm, roughly what an old 60 W bulb gave, in 3000 K warm white at CRI 80. The narrow beam draws a distinct pool of light below the fitting: it marks a door or steps well, while lighting a larger area evenly takes several fittings. Brightness can be adjusted with an ordinary phase dimmer — the manufacturer allows both trailing-edge (TE) and leading-edge (LE) dimming.Light source and servicing The Philips Fortimo LED module and the driver are built in, so no bulb needs to be bought. The manufacturer rates the module above 50,000 h to L80 and above 38,000 h to L90, and the driver for 50,000 h. A professional service replaces the module and the driver using the manufacturer's service kit.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
