Tractor Meter Gear Set for MERCEDES MB-trac SET Tractor Meter with LCD Description: If the odometer/hour meter on your vehicle has failed, the gears shown are usually the cause. Most often, one of the gears breaks, causing the drive to jam. We especially recommend that commercial customers replace these three gears immediately. Often, after replacing one damaged gear, the other gear fails shortly afterward. Replacing all three ensures long-term functionality of the drive. Note: We also have a repair gear available in our shop for older models with mechanical drives! Service: We stock over 100 gear variations and can supply the appropriate gears as needed! + All alternative sizes always in stock + Fast exchange service in case of size deviation Quality: Our gears are meticulously and faithfully manufactured using injection molding and are not 3D-printed in-house creations. We collaborate with a manufacturer specializing in the production of plastic gears and a global market leader in repair solutions. The involute tooth geometry is maintained; this is the only way to ensure low-friction sliding of the tooth flanks between the gear pairs. We use the thermoplastic Celron with graphite additives as the material. These ensure low friction and wear-free operation. If you disassemble the speedometer beforehand, please note that the speedometer needle shaft is very delicate. Grasp the speedometer needle in the middle and turn it counterclockwise. Pull gently while doing so. Friction is all that holds the needle on the shaft.
