BAZAR BIZAR Starbeam Water Glass Olive Green

Name: BAZAR BIZAR Starbeam Water Glass Olive Green
Brand: BAZAR BIZAR

Starbeam is a low drinking glass in green-tinted, transparent glass. A pressed relief of overlapping, pointed scales covers the whole body, and a smooth unpatterned band runs just below the rim.How big the glass isThe glass stands 10 cm tall and measures 8.5 cm across, the proportions of a low tumbler — built wider than it is tall. The manufacturer states it is tall enough for chilled spritz-style drinks, the kind served over ice.The barrel-shaped body narrows towards the base and towards the rim, and the relief gives the fingers grip — the glass is held by the patterned part, not by the smooth band at the mouth. The glass and how pieces differThe glass is coloured olive green through the body and stays see-through, so the level of the drink shows through the wall while the relief refracts light along the edges of the scales. Depending on how light falls on it, the green reads darker or more yellow-green.The manufacturer notes that individual pieces may carry small air bubbles and slight differences in tone — a result of forming the glass rather than a fault in one piece. It is worth expecting that when putting a set together for the table. The glass is made in China. How to wash itThe manufacturer recommends mild soap and a soft cloth and advises against abrasive cleaners — a rough sponge would dull the recesses of the relief, where scratches are hard to remove. It also advises against sudden changes of temperature, such as pouring boiling water into a glass taken from the fridge.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
