The reverse phase endcapped Eurospher 100 C18 columns are more hydrophobic compared to Eurospher 100 C8 columns. The determination of water-soluble vitamins, steroids, catecholamines, sedatives are possible applications among others. This stationary phase can be used in the pH range of 2 - 8,5.
