THORO BISCUIT wall light, ultramarine

Name: THORO BISCUIT wall light, ultramarine
Brand: Thoro

The THORO BISCUIT wall light has an ultramarine aluminium front formed into three rounded sections. A pronounced central fold gives the outline depth, while the blue panel screens the light sources from the front. Its scalloped silhouette remains visible whether the light is switched on or off.Choose two replaceable G9 lampsThis TH.571 version takes two G9 light sources, supplied separately. Allow for two compatible LED lamps when ordering, and observe the maximum rating of 8 W per lamp. This matters when comparing products within the BISCUIT collection: the wall light should not be confused with pendant versions that use integrated modules.Brightness and colour temperature depend on the lamps you select. The ultramarine finish does not mean that the fitting produces blue light, nor does it specify a particular shade of white. Replaceable sources let you choose those characteristics without replacing the complete wall fitting.Check the wall space before installationThe manufacturer's specification gives a height of 33.6 cm, a length of 16.3 cm and a width of 5.8 cm. Compare these measurements with the available wall area and the position of the electrical supply, especially beside furniture or a doorway. The three rounded sections create a vertical rhythm rather than the long horizontal profile of a picture light. The fitting connects to a 230 V installation and is Class I, requiring a protective earth connection. Its installation drawing shows fixed wall mounting, not a portable plug-in lamp. A qualified electrician should carry out the electrical connection.A blue accent with supplementary lightBISCUIT can provide supplementary wall lighting in a living room, bedroom or hallway, or on a wall near a dining or kitchen area. Light emerging from behind the panel outlines its curves. This fixed decorative fitting is not an adjustable reading light or a substitute for directed worktop lighting. Its simple metal construction and repeated rounded edges suit modern interiors where saturated blue is intended as a deliberate colour accent.Show more
