LUMINES axin recessed LED profile, Reed Green RAL 6013, painted, 2.02 m

Name: LUMINES axin recessed LED profile, Reed Green RAL 6013, painted, 2.02 m
Brand: Lumines

LUMINES axin is an aluminium recessed profile for building accent lighting into furniture and interior finishing elements. This version has a painted Reed Green finish, RAL 6013. Article code 10-1378-20 identifies a section with an actual length of 2020 mm, or 2.02 m, rather than a shorter member of the same profile family.Plan the recess around the cross-sectionThe profile measures 21 mm across its overall width and 12.9 mm in height. Its side edges frame the recessed opening and determine how much of the furniture surface the visible profile occupies. Use the cross-section drawing when preparing a routed groove: the overall external width should not simply be treated as the required groove width. The manufacturer specifies compatibility with LED strips up to 12 mm wide. Check the width of your chosen strip before assembling the system, and compare the 2020 mm section with the lighting run you are planning. axin is a structural lighting component, not a complete luminaire with a fixed wattage or light colour.Pair it with the nano coverThe compatible nano cover fits into the profile from above. The manufacturer's assembly diagram shows it together with an LED strip and system end caps. Cover options include OPAL, CLEAR and BLACK; choose the cover to suit the intended appearance of the light line.A working installation also needs a suitable LED source and matching power supply. The driver is positioned outside the profile, so allow for its location and cable routing when designing the furniture. The green aluminium section itself does not determine luminous flux, colour temperature or control method.A furniture-integrated light accentThe recessed construction suits shelves, cabinets and wardrobe fittings, including kitchen furniture and living-room built-ins. Its straight, elongated form lends itself to modern and minimalist schemes where lighting is integrated into the furniture surface. Reed Green describes the profile's finish, independently of the light colour produced by the LED strip you select.Show more
