Mantra JARRAS 6196 pendant light – copper finish, glass, E27, Ø17.5 cm

Name: Mantra JARRAS 6196 pendant light – copper finish, glass, E27, Ø17.5 cm
Brand: Mantra

Mantra JARRAS 6196 is a single-light pendant with a glass shade in a copper finish. Its narrow vertical cylinder, the bulb visible through the glass and the black cable distinguish it from the rounded or wider designs in the collection. Santiago Sevillano's design combines a simple outline with a reflective surface.A narrow shade with a substantial vertical profileThe shade is 17.5 cm in diameter, and the manufacturer's drawing gives its vertical section a height of 53.5 cm. Width alone is therefore not enough when planning its position. This is a slender pendant rather than a short one: compare its outline with the height of the table, island or other furniture below the intended ceiling point. The dimension drawing shows an overall height of 71–220 cm, while the product card lists the maximum as 220 cm. The ceiling canopy is 16 cm in diameter. These measurements let you check the ceiling footprint and the space beneath the lower edge instead of assuming the fitting will suit every walkway.Choose the bulb separatelyThe pendant has one E27 socket, and a bulb is not included. The manufacturer's installation instructions specify an LED bulb rated at no more than 40 W. This is a limit for the installed bulb, not a statement of fixed consumption or brightness. The amount and colour of light depend on the source you select. As the bulb remains visible through the shade, its shape also contributes to the finished appearance. The decorative bulb in the photographs illustrates the fitting rather than establishing the contents of the package. Mantra lists this particular version as non-dimmable.Positioning and visual characterThe vertical form can be considered above a dining table or kitchen island, or as supplementary lighting in a living room or bedroom. When several pendants are used, each remains an independent single-light fitting; the arrangement does not mean a multi-light set is supplied. The copper sheen, smooth glass and restrained detailing suit modern and glamour interiors. JARRAS offers a metallic-looking accent without the spreading arms of a chandelier.Show more
