COSMOSIL 5C4-AR-300 is a polymeric type of C4 (Butyl) phase. It shows exceptional stability and long lifetime at low pH. This phase is recommended for the separations requiring acidic mobile phase conditions. The acidic resistance of COSMOSIL 5C4-AR-300 is much improved compared with commercially available monomeric type butyl stationary phases. It retains high performance even in case of acidic mobile phases commonly used to separate Proteins and Peptides.
