s.luce Orb Tripod Floor Lamp Glass Ball 160 cm E27

Name: s.luce Orb Tripod Floor Lamp Glass Ball 160 cm E27
Brand: s.luce

s.luce Orb Axis combines a brown hand-blown glass globe with a black metal tripod. The globe rests in the upper part of the slender frame, while the crossing legs leave open space between the supports. The lamp is 160 cm high and its glass shade measures 40 cm in diameter. A substantial glass form is therefore balanced by a simple, minimalist structure.Position it beside a place to relaxThe manufacturer specifies Axis for living rooms and bedrooms and also presents it for reading. The freestanding design allows the lamp to be placed beside an armchair or sofa without being fixed to a wall. When choosing its position, allow for the 160 cm height and 40 cm globe diameter so the glass has enough space around it.The transparent brown glass leaves the socket and bulb visible inside. The appearance of the chosen light source therefore becomes part of the composition. The black frame and textile cable provide a restrained setting for the globe, whose colour comes from the glass finish. One bulb and an integrated foot dimmerThe E27 socket takes a bulb rated at a maximum of 40 W. A bulb is not included, so one must be chosen separately. Brightness and light colour depend on that selection. The manufacturer recommends decorative E27 sources and specifies an opening of approximately 13 cm in the globe, allowing a bulb up to 12.5 cm in diameter to be inserted. The integrated foot dimmer allows brightness to be adjusted near floor level without reaching into the globe. This requires a suitable dimmable bulb compatible with the control. The glass shade can be replaced with another version from the series to change the lamp's appearance. For care, the manufacturer recommends a soft microfibre cloth and mild glass cleaner, avoiding abrasive or aggressive products.Show more
