Agilent Technologies HPLC Column PL-SAX, 4000Å, 30 μm, 4.6 x 150 mm

Anion exchange HPLC column PL-SAX having an inner diameter of 4.6 mm, a length of 150 mm and a particle size of 30.0 µm. PL-SAX for biomolecules is ideal for anion exchange HPLC separation of proteins and deprotected synthetic oligonucleotides under denaturing conditions. The covalently bonded strong anion exchange functionality extends the pH range and the anion exchange capacity is pH independent. Separations under denaturing conditions (temperature, organic solvent and high pH) are possible for synthetic oligonucleotides. PL-SAX for biomolecules offers improved chromatography for self-complementary or G-rich sequences that can form aggregates or hairpin structures. The 5 μm material allows highly efficient separations of n and n-1 sequences.Show moreShow less
